Sheet Photoshop Project

We recieved a picture of a blank yellow sheet. On it, we had to apply fabric patches in order to recreate a picture on this sheet. We had to respect all the folds of the sheet and to add all the sew lines.

In my case, I chose "Under the Great Wave of Kanagawa" of Hokusai. It was quite challenging, since the wave was smaller than the sheet itself. I wanted the movements of the wave to respect the folds at the bottom of the sheet. I had to add a small rectangle on the right in which is written Hokusai in Japanese. I used patches of linen, since this fabric is thin.

I tried as much as possible to think the sheet as unfold with the engraving in order to stick to the reality as much as possible. That's why the front of boat on the left on the firstground isn't fully visible.
